Feel free to double the recipe as long as you are using at least a 6 quart pressure cooker.

You will need a 6 quart pressure cooker 3 pounds fresh green beans new potatoes eight pieces bacon small red onion minced garlic chicken broth seasoning salt black pepper sugar and cajun seasoning. Stir the bacon and onions and start cutting up the green beans. Lock the lid on the cooker. Close cooker securely and place pressure regulator over vent according to manufacturer s instructions.
